Hotel Granit was built in 1988 in a quiet area of Vladivostok in 20 minutes drive from the city centre. The hotel was refurbished in 2011. Near the hotel there are major transportation interchanges that connect different parts of Vladivostok.

The hotel offers panoramic views of the city. The well known car center Green Corner is situated in few minutes walk from the hotel.
